Owner

Billing, seats, and deleting the organization. Everything an admin can do.

Admin

Invite and remove members, set roles, and manage shared workspaces.

Member

Full use of the terminal on the org's tier. Owns their own work and can share it.

Guest

Read only, and only the workspaces explicitly shared with them.

Design, not live state — no role is enforced until organization accounts open.
